Knowledge in Action

Clarity sparks action. Action purifies knowledge. Turn intentions into results, together.

"It is said that the Devi represents the confluence of Iccha Shakti (power of intention), Jnana Shakti (power of knowledge) and Kriya Shakti (power of righteous action). When the Shiva Tattva unites with these three powers, then what emerges is Skanda. Skandamata represents the very origin of Jnana (knowledge) and Kriya (the principle of action or activity). It can be understood as knowledge in action or action driven by right knowledge."

— Sri Sri Ravi Shankar

What Participants Say

"It was great sitting after Kriya and using the positive vibrations to start new tasks."

"I really enjoyed this session today, about wisdom and intention setting. The breakthrough was seeing that alignment (meaning many different things) lets you step off the merry-go-round that goes nowhere. And that upward direction turns a circle into a rising spiral!"

"Having a bit of knowledge from Gurudev followed by a discussion on our takeaways and making a list of our sankalpas. Letting it all go was also a good way to end our time together."

The Framework: From Habit to Growth

This workshop is based on a powerful model of how we move from stagnation to evolution by deploying six key modes of consciousness.

Merry-Go-Round of Habit vs Spiral of Growth

The diagram shows two paths: the Merry-Go-Round of Habit, where we act on impulse without alignment, and the Spiral of Growth, where we use wisdom to elevate every action.

We achieve this "Lift" by consciously deploying these powers at both the individual (Vyashti) and collective (Samashti) levels. In this workshop, "Samashti" isn't just an abstract concept — it's the tangible energy of the Sangha in the room.

Explore the Six Modes of Consciousness
Mode Individual (Vyashti) Collective (Samashti) In This Workshop
Prakasha
(Presence)
Accessing your own "I Am" presence; pure aliveness. Tapping into the universal Source Field that connects us all. We start and end steeped in the high, shared energy of Long Kriya.
Iksha
(Impulse)
Recognizing your personal desires and specific goals. Tuning into the shared, positive intention and "vibe" of the group. You set a personal Sankalpa, energized by the collective positivity of the room.
Kriya
(Action)
Your personal kinetic effort to get things done. Aligning with a manifesting flow; action "happening" through us effortlessly when zoned in with the Sangha. You dive into tasks, feeling carried by the collective "zone" rather than just personal striving.
Gyana
(Interpretation)
Realizing what happened after the fact; gaining hindsight from completed action. Accessing the "Big Mind" — the collective intelligence and shared experience of the Sangha. You reflect on completed actions to gain insight, tapping into the group's shared wisdom during discussions.
Vimarsha
(Discrimination)
Using your intellect to analyze and decide based on your values. Reflecting together on Gurutattva — the transcendental knowledge from the talk — as our guiding principle. We use Gurudev's teaching to collectively attune our judgment to higher principles before the next sprint.
Shanta
(Stillness)
Your power to actively "let go," cool down mental entropy, and reset. The "coherence effect" created by meditating together as a group. We experience collective coherence through group meditation, which makes individual "letting go" much easier.
By working with these powers together, we don't just complete tasks; we participate in a conscious evolution, moving from habit to growth with every action.

Three Pillars

The Power of We (Samashti) for the Power of Me (Vyashti)

This isn't just about individual productivity. It's about leveraging the collective energy of the Sangha to fuel personal growth.

🎯

Focus

Vyashti: Individual Clarity

Start with a spark of knowledge from Gurudev. Set one clear Sankalpa (intention). No scattered energy — just your personal commitment to aligned action.

💪

Strength

Samashti: Collective Launchpad

You don't have to generate the energy alone. The powerful, shared vibrations after Long Kriya become the universal launchpad for everyone's individual tasks. You're not forcing productivity; you're riding the collective wave.

🤝

Accountability

The Bridge

Your Sangha holds the space where individual intentions meet collective support. Pair up with a buddy on-site. Share your goal. The simple act of stating it to another person transforms a private wish into a shared commitment.

Your Agenda. Your Pace.

🏃

Sprint & Go

Leave after any sprint once your task is done.

Stay for the Magic

Soak in insights and inspiration from the surprise guest.

🙏

Extra Merit Mode

Help the center while finishing your stuff. No complaints from us.

The Buddy System

At each session, pair up with someone. Share your intention. Check in at the end.

Want deeper accountability? Keep your buddy week-to-week. Text each other mid-week. Celebrate the small wins.

Micro-moksha: tiny liberations through intentional attention.
